Digital Diplomacy Branding

Taiwan and Kosovo Cultural Exchange Association is a non-profit organization for connecting communities and resources in Taiwan and Kosovo. The association was established in September 2017. We aim to provide digital transformation strategies, technology delivery, and citizen-led innovation for Taiwan and Kosovo. We believe that through the ideas and values exchange between the two countries, we can meet the challenges of globalization and open communication between East Asia and Southeast Europe.
